Our Founder

It is Argentine, born in Córdoba .- De Young began his career, embracing the world of political science, but especially the International Politics and his vocation for the Defence of International Humanitarian Law. 

In 1995, together with a group of young friends from different political persuasions, they decided to focus its activities and thoughts in an NGO. FUNDEPOS called "Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Council" .- 

Today this institution operates closely following all the electoral processes in Latin America, ensuring the strengthening of democratic systems, but especially to guarantee the INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW-RIGHTS OF REFUGEES .- 
Haiti, Chile, Colombia, Bolivia, Guantanamo, Venezuela, Honduras .- etc. 

In its activities, also conducted seminars and conferences for members of international organizations, candidates for president, former presidents, Nobel laureates and Social Leaders .- 
Sergio Rendon Currently, he serves on the following tasks: 

FUNDEPO is President of Foundation for Development, Political, Economic and Social CEPAR .- Member of "Center for Policy Studies Argentina and President of the Foundation  "Un  Mundo  Sin  Miedo"

Objectives FUNDEPO, aims. The democratic system in Latin America and the Defense of INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN RIGHTS .-

The preparation of social leaders and the Socio-Political Study in Latin America. Particularly as regards the Man and all that makes your problem. Taking therefore the training and education and research in its various manifestations, with special focus on youth, searching within a framework of harmony, respect, coexistence and peace seriously, training and education in general compliance with all ethical values and moral, where the Foundation to develop its mission.
